Teachers and Students from School of Pharmaceutical Sciences Visit Singapore for Exchange

In order to strengthen international academic exchanges and broaden students’ global vision, the summer visiting group of Peking University School of Pharmaceutical Sciences conducted a five-day visit to Singapore for August 27 to 31, 2024. They visited the National University of Singapore (NUS) and Nanyang Technological University (NTU), two of the world’s top universities.

The visiting group, consisting 22 teachers and students, visited Professor Lingzhi Wang’s laboratory at the Cancer Science Institute of Singapore and the Confocal and Flow Cytometry Technology Center at the NUS. They had a discussion with the teachers and students from the Department of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Faculty of Science, NUS. They visited the Labrador Nature Reserve, laboratories of NTU, the former site of Nanyang University, and the National Museum of Singapore.


The visit has provided valuable experience and inspiration for the future career development of every pharmaceutical youth. The students have transformed this experience into motivation and confidently devoted themselves to future learning and scientific research.
