Infectious Disease Related Resources

This dataset covers statistical information on infectious diseases in ASEAN countries. Details of the dataset are as follows. If required, please complete the attached data application form and send it to (bolun@diinsider.com) to apply.

Cambodia Infectious Disease Dataset

This dataset compiles official public health statistics for Cambodia. Data sources include both Cambodian government reports and WHO estimation models to ensure international comparability. The data features the latest surveillance statistics on non-communicable diseases, malaria, tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS, and health system indicators. It focuses on macro-level health system metrics, disease burden, and data related to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including life expectancy and healthy life expectancy, progress in universal health coverage, service coverage index, poverty rate due to illness, intervention effects on obesity, tobacco use, and environmental health (water and air quality), Cambodia’s top 10 causes of death (ischemic heart disease, stroke, lower respiratory infections, etc.), and incidence rates of infectious and non-communicable diseases.

Timor-Leste Vaccination Dataset

This dataset provides statistics on vaccination coverage in Timor-Leste across different periods. Sourced from population health surveys, it primarily covers two phases: 20092010 and 2016. The dataset records vaccination rates for key vaccines, including BCG, DTP, polio, and measles vaccines, as well as the proportion of the population completing the 8 basic antigen vaccinations. Statistical metrics include vaccination rates across all age groups and a specific breakdown of vaccinations within the first year of life. The data presents both overall figures and disaggregates by information source, such as vaccination cards or family verbal reports.

Singapore Immunization Dataset

This is a specialized dataset focusing on immunization protection levels across age groups in Singapore. Structured as an age-group and immunization-protection-status matrix, it clearly reveals disparities in immunization coverage across different demographic groups. Though compact in size, it features well-defined core indicators that directly support the prioritization of immunization strategies. The dataset facilitates analysis of immunization gaps, identification of high-risk (low-protection) age groups, assessment of overall immunization coverage by age group, and evaluation of immunization policy effectiveness.

Vietnam Infectious Disease Dataset

This dataset contains statistical indicators from the WHO Global Health Observatory, focusing on tuberculosis (TB) and malaria prevention and control in Vietnam.Tuberculosis Indicators Dataset (tuberculosis_indicators_vnm.csv): Compiles key health metrics for TB in Vietnam over an extended period, with 349 records across 17 fields. It spans multiple years from 2000 to 2022, reflecting historical trends in TB prevention and control. Malaria Indicators Dataset (malaria_indicators_vnm.csv): Tracks Vietnam’s malaria control and elimination progress, with 155 records across 17 fields. It includes the latest 2023 statistics, highlighting Vietnam’s efforts in malaria detection and case management.

This dataset is ideal for public health trend analysis, disease burden assessment, and evaluating the implementation effectiveness of Vietnam’s national health policies.
